What happens when we discover what we're capable of?
In April 2015, I joined an all-female team on a 100 km ski trek across Baffin Island, in temperatures as low as -45°C.
I got hypothermia, and eleven years later I still can't feel my toes properly. So yes, it was an adventure.
I've always been interested in what makes people tick, how we respond when things get difficult and what we're capable of when we give ourselves the chance.
That curiosity is a big part of why I do what I do today: helping people understand themselves better and put more of their capabilities to work.
